Münzen is a company focusing on crypto-crypto and crypto-fiat operations.

We are a group of highly experienced professionals in cryptocurrencies and fintech, developing great products and moving the world towards a global crypto adoption.

We have two main B2B products - Münzen Cryptoprocessing and Münzen On-ramp Widget. Münzen Cryptoprocessing is a product which allows our merchants to accept cryptocurrencies as payment in over 100 currencies and withdraw it in fiat or crypto. Münzen On-ramp Widget is a tool for blockchains and wallets that allows users to buy cryptocurrencies in an extremely easy manner. Münzen also provides OTC exchanges services to its customers.

We are looking for a business development manager with experience in bank accounts and PSPs to join our team and develop our payments infrastructure.

What we need from you

Expertise in working with PSPs and banks/EMIs. At least 2 years of experience in sales in e-commerce
Wide network of partners in the banks, payment service providers, gateways, and other financial organizations
Deep understanding of the principles of payment systems;
Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry
Result-oriented
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written (C1 or higher)
Negotiation experience
Good understanding of cryptocurrencies will be an advantage

What we expect you to do

Expand of the line of payment products for pay-ins and payouts in different markets
Partner with providers of local payment methods (Europe, Latam, India)
Pass onboarding processes with banks and acquirers. Facilitate underwriting process for NDAs and KYC/KYB
Use all possible communication channels - meetings, email, calls, social networks, recommendations, attending conferences - to communicate with potential banks and PSPs
Work closely with product teams and legal team regarding new PSPs, current contracts and commercials, discounts etc.
